Core Material Science
We exclusively use aerospace-grade 6061-T6 and 6063-T5 aluminum alloy for our corona rings and grading rings, which achieves an optimal balance of electrical conductivity (32.5 MS/m), corrosion resistance (ASTM B117 1000-hour salt spray test approved) and machinability.Every batch of material is inspected via spectral analysis to ensure trace element purity (Fe ≤ 0.7%, Si ≤ 0.4%), critical for maintaining dielectric strength in UHV environments.
Advanced Welding Technology
Welding Equipment and Process
Equipped with internationally leading automated welding equipment, we adopt the Tungsten Inert Gas (TIG) welding process, utilizing inert gas (argon) to protect the welding area. We strictly control welding parameters to ensure uniform, dense, and defect-free welds.
Welding Personnel Qualifications
Our welding team is experienced and highly skilled, holding internationally recognized welding certificates, capable of handling various complex welding tasks.
